Business Directory Listings:
Our "BASIC" business directory listing is FREE! This basic listing includes your business name, telephone number, location and map to your business.
Our "GOLD" Membership level package includes all the "BASIC" features as well as including 2 photo images, 2 products listed, and 1 document. to your listing. You also add your logo or picture of your storefront, a 1000 character description of your business, direct email contact and a weblink to your website. This Gold upgrade will put your business at the top of your category listings, showing above all of the free listings when searched.
Gold listings start at $40.00 a month.
Our "PLATINUM" Membership level package includes all of the "BASIC" features as well as including 2 directory banners (side and top banners) that rotate through the directory, up to 30 photos images, up to 30 products listed, up to 30 documents, your logo or picture of storefront, a 2500 character description of your business, direct email contact, a weblink to your website. This Platinum listing will put your business at the top of your category listing above all the free listings when your category is searched.
Platinum listings start at $60.00 a month.

"Main Site" Banners
If you are interested in adding a "Main Site" Banner to your listing, please send us an email banners@411menifeevalley.com. You will then be contacted by our designer to discuss options for artwork and design. Payment for these banners will be processed using your credit card over the phone.
All Transactions are completed through our SECURE Online Payment Gateway, Authorize.Net, by Credit Card (Visa, M/C).
Advertising Termination Policy
In order to terminate your advertising account, you need to contact 411MenifeeValley.Com via email to request termination. Your Gold or Platinum Membership and "Main Site" banners will continue to run and your credit card will be billed monthly until we receive authorization by you to terminate the ads.
Refund Policy for 411menifeevalley.com
Fees are only refundable, creditable, or transferable during the first 3 days of advertising. A processing fee of five dollars ($5.00) will be charged for each refund request. Refund, credit or transfer is not granted automatically. You need to send your request to refunds@411menifeevalley.com or prior to the refund/credit/transfer deadline. You will then get the confirmation email from us. All Refunds or credits will be returned to you by check.
